Where to invest, which opportunities to pursue, how partnerships and portfolios should be structured, and where not to commit.
MIND Gulf
MIND Gulf is a mining-focused partnership established by MIND and Makana Holding in Saudi Arabia.
With Saudi Arabia as its first operating focus, MIND Gulf brings MIND’s integrated mining judgement into the context of Vision 2030 and the Kingdom’s growing strategic commitment to mineral development.

Vision 2030
Under Vision 2030, the Kingdom is accelerating geological knowledge, exploration, investment, regulatory development and mineral value chains as it builds a larger and more capable mining and minerals sector.
For MIND Gulf, the significance is not simply the scale of ambition. Larger ambition creates more consequential decisions about assets, capital, project maturity, risk, execution and long-term value.

MIND Gulf was established through the partnership between MIND and Makana Holding, a Saudi holding company.
The partnership creates a dedicated basis for mining advisory activity in Saudi Arabia while drawing on MIND’s broader mining judgement, methodology and specialist perspective.
A distinct partnership. Connected to MIND’s mining judgement.
MIND Advisory →Integrated Mining Judgement
Strategy influences capital. Geological confidence changes mine planning and value. Infrastructure can redefine project economics. Permitting and stakeholder conditions can change timing and configuration. Execution choices influence operating readiness. Closure obligations begin long before closure.
MIND Gulf approaches these relationships as one mining system — from opportunity and study through development, operations and long-term legacy.Advisory Focus
Where to invest, which opportunities to pursue, how partnerships and portfolios should be structured, and where not to commit.
Whether technical, commercial, responsible-development and governance evidence justify the next material commitment.
Whether an approved project is genuinely ready to execute, commission, hand over and operate.
Whether performance, risk, stakeholder legitimacy and lifecycle obligations remain aligned with the value case.
Evidence to Decision
MIND Gulf defines the decision and the commitment being considered before expanding the analysis.
The conclusion is not forced toward approval. Depending on the evidence, the right pathway may be to proceed, proceed with conditions, rework, redirect, hold or stop.
Clarify the decision, authority, commitment and consequence.
Examine whether the available evidence is fit for that decision.
Reconcile material technical, commercial, responsible-development, execution and operating dependencies.
Expose assumptions, overstated confidence, gaps and consequences.
Clarify the pathway and the conditions required for responsible progress.
Presence in Saudi Arabia
MIND Gulf exhibited at the fifth Future Minerals Forum in Riyadh, marking a visible presence within one of the Kingdom’s principal minerals-sector gatherings.
Held from 13–15 January 2026 at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center, the Forum convened governments, investors and industry leaders from across the minerals value chain.
